- Write Journal Entry: Document your thoughts or any events that might have influenced your mood.
- Add Entry: Click “Add Entry” to save your mood and journal entry. Your entry will be displayed in a list below.

- Filling Out the Form:
- Date: Select the date of the mood entry.
- Mood: Choose your current mood from the dropdown menu.
- Journal Entry: Write about your thoughts or experiences related to your mood.
- Adding an Entry:
- Click the “Add Entry” button after filling in the details.
- If all fields are filled correctly, your entry will be added to the list of journal entries.
- Viewing Your Entries:
- Your mood and journal entries will appear in a list format, allowing you to review and reflect on past entries.
